In these circumstances, issue process under Section 82
Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 against accused. The proclamation
under Section 82 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 be published by
beat of drums at the place where the accused ordinarily resides. It
shall also be affixed at a conspicuous part of the house/village where
the accused resides and of the Court house. Proclamation be also
published in a daily leading newspaper having circulation at the place
where the accused ordinarily resides.
Process u/s. 82 Cr.P.C shall be done by an Officer not
below then S.I. Photography and video recording of process u/s. 82
Cr.P.C proceedings shall be done.
PF be filed within 15 days from today.
Put up for further proceedings on 25.02.2027.
