The undersigned is working as Link Magistrate to a court on

Present : Ld. Counsel for the Complainant with complainant.
EO SI Mohit in person.
EO submits that he was occupied in investigation in
some other case and had gone out station and that is why he
could not conclude the inquiry.
I am not satisfied with this reason as the inquiry is
pending since January 2025.
Complainant submits that he is a senior citizen and
has met the EO several times however, no conclusion is being
drawn by the investigating agency.
Complainant further submits that he had been
defrauded twice by the accused persons.
Conclusive report shall be filed by ACP concerned
by NDOH. In case conclusive report is not filed EO and SHO
remain personally present to explain the circumstances.
