IO/SI Pradeep in person.
The IO filed the report under the signatures of SHO concerned
forwarded by the ACP concerned. Heard. Perused.
The IO in crux, submitted that on the basis of the complaint made
by the owner of the AA BEE Travel Agency a case has already been registered u/s
408 IPC as FIR No. 0265 on 08.04.2024 and during investigation statement of the
applicant/complainant has also been recorded and on the basis of his statement
Section 420 IPC has also been added. The investigation is stated to be in progress.
The Ld. Counsel submitted that as the FIR has been registered and
Section 420 IPC has been added, the application/complaint may be disposed off
as no more relief is prayed for at this stage, in view of the same, the application is
disposed off.
File be consigned to record room after due compliance as per rules.
