None for accused.
Bail bonds not furnished by accused till date.
It is submitted by ld counsel for complainant that accused did not pay any amount
to complainant until today. Perusal of record reveals that accused had undertaken to pay sum of
Rs. 70,000/- to complainant within a period of one month (as recorded in last ordersheet).
Despite the same, no amount has been paid. It appears that such an undertaking was merely a
ploy to delay the proceedings of this court. Further, none is present on behalf of accused today.
Accordingly, let Non-Bailable warrants be issued against accused through SHO
concerned, on filing of PF within 20 days from today, returnable for 25.02.2026.
At least three attempts shall be made to arrest the accused as per directions in the
Standing Order No. Lic & Leg./16/2022.
