Ld. Counsel for accused seeks an oral exemption on behalf of accused
on the ground that he could not appear today before the court due to work
commitments. Allowed for today only.
It is also submitted by Ld. Counsel for accused that copy of the
complaint has not been supplied to him.
It is submitted by Ld. Counsel for the complainant that he has supplied
the copy of complaint today itself.
Vakalatnama of Ld. Counsel for accused be furnished physically at
workstation Rohini Courts during the course of the day.
Both the parties have expressed their willingness to explore the
possibilities of settlement before Mediation, hence the matter is referred to Mediation
Cell, Rohini.
Both the parties are directed to remain physically present before
Mediation on 03.05.2025 at 2 PM.
The parties are further directed to sign the mediation referral form on or
before 03.05.2025.
The parties have been apprised that non-appearance before Mediation
will result in imposition of cost upon the defaulting party.
Put up for report on Mediation/further proceedings on 26.06.2025.
No further exemptions of the accused shall be allowed on NDOH. In
case of none appearance on NDOH, adverse orders shall be made.
