As per report of summons, summons were sent through Whatsapp and the same
were delivered with single white tick.
Report of physical service has not been received as yet.
Tracking report has been filed on behalf of the complainant in support of service
by way of physical modes on court’s mail ID. Taken on record. As per the tracking report, the
summons were delivered upon the accused on 11.11.2024.
None has appeared on behalf of the accused through VC or at court’s work station
despite repeated calls today.
It seems that the accused is aware about the court’s proceeding against him and is
deliberately evading the process of this court.
Let fresh BWs in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one surety in the like amount be
issued against the accused, on filing of PF, through SHO PS concerned.
Put up again on 10.03.2025.
