On the LDOH, BWs were directed to be issued against the accused.
In view of the appearance of the accused, BWs stands cancelled and accused is
admitted to bail on furnishing his bail bonds in the sum of Rs.20,000/- alongwith one surety in
the like amount. Personal bond be furnished today. Surety be furnished by the NDOH.
Ld. Counsel for the accused submits that copy of complaint has not yet been
received. In the interest of justice, complainant is directed to supply the copy of complaint to the
Ld. Counsel for the accused on the whatsapp contact.
Put up for furnishing of bail bonds and consideration upon notice on 23.08.2025.
The P.A. is directed to upload the ordersheet on layers and CIS.
