Vide order dated 13.09.2024, NBWs were issued against the accused.
As per report, wife of the accused was found at the given address who stated that
her husband has gone out of Delhi. She further stated that she will inform the accused regarding
the next date of hearing as and when he comes.
None has appeared on behalf of the accused through VC or at court’s work station
despite repeated calls today.
In the interest of justice, let the presence of the accused be awaited at 02.00 pm.

The court is of the opinion that the accused is aware of the present matter and
