Inadvertently the matter was put up for furnishing bail bonds and consideration on notice
whereas the bail is yet to be granted to the accused.
Even a cost of Rs. 500/- was imposed upon the accused on the last date of hearing which
has not yet been paid by the accused.
On the last date of hearing the accused had not appeared in time and had marked his
appearance post 02.00 pm.
In the interest of justice, let the presence of the accused be awaited at 12.30 pm.
