Vide order dated 01.03.2024, BWs were issued against the accused.
As per the report, bws came back as executed and accused himself had accepted the
warrants.
It seems that the accused is aware about the court’s proceeding against him and is
deliberately evading the process of this court.
None has appeared on behalf of the accused through VC or at court’s work station
despite repeated calls today.
Be awaited for the presence of the accused till 02.00 PM.

complainant on the next date of hearing.
