Matter is fixed for appearance of accused and consideration on notice.

Surety bonds not filed till date.
Both the counsels submit that cheque bearing no 484331 for the amount of Rs.
20 lacs handed over on LDOH could not get cleared due to receiving of late instructions by the
bank from the accused persons.
Ld. Counsel for accused further submits that accused persons are willing to clear
the amount and for that purpose they have created a DD which they are ready to hand over in
lieu of return of their cheque bearing no 484331.
Ld. Counsel for accused is directed to furnish his memo of appearance for today.
Both the parties are directed to appear before the court, thereby accused persons
shall be handing over the DD while complainant side shall be returning the cheque mentioned
above.
Put up for further proceedings on 16.09.2023.
