Accused no. 4 Yogesh through VC.
Matter is fixed for report on mediation/consideration on notice.
Report from mediation received back as unsettled.
Cost of Rs. 200/- ( to be deposited in DLSA) each imposed on complainant and accused
has been paid.
Complainant is stated to be busy in somewhere else and has not joined the VC meeting.
Exemption of complainant is allowed for today. Complainant shall appear on NDOH.
DD of Rs. 20 lacs was handed over by accused persons which has been duly encashed.
Both the parties submits that the matter could not be settled. This was the second time that the matter
was referred before the meditation, it appears that both the parties are not interested in settling the
matter. The DD for the amount of Rs. 20 lacs was handed over in September 2023. Till today no
settlement has been reached by both the parties despite persistent effort of the court.
Complainant is directed to return the amount received from the accused persons and the
matter be proceeded on merits, in consideration of the fact that no settlement has been reached till date.
At joint request, put up for consideration on notice on 18.05.2024.
Accused persons are directed to appear physically, complainant shall also remain
present.
