Accused no. 1 company being represented by accused no. 2.
Accused no. 2 Prem Narayan Singh in person.
Accused no. 3 Sanjeev Singh in person.
Accused no. 4 Yogesh in person.
Matter is fixed for consideration on notice with joint request.
Both the parties submits that the matter has been settled again. Further amount of
Rs. 40000/- has been paid by the accused persons before the court towards final settlement in
addition to the amount of Rs. 20 lacs which was paid earlier via DD.
AR submits that complainant has received the full and final payment from
accused. Now, there remains nothing due against the accused and therefore, he does not wish to
pursue the matter and seeks permission to compound the same. A separate statement has been
recorded accordingly.
In view of the statement above, the present matter stands disposed off as
compounded. Accused is acquitted of charges u/s 138 NI Act. Bail bonds/surety bonds are
canceled. Surety, if any, is discharged. Original, if any, be returned to the rightful claimant as
per rules. Endorsement, if any, be canceled.
File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
