Vide order dated 16.11.2024, summons were issued to the accused.
It was directed by the last order that PF was not to be filed however Reader cum
Ahlmad of this court submits that the summons could not be issued.
This is a very serious error on the part of the Assistant Ahlmad.
Assistant Ahlmad is directed to remain careful in future.
The report of the summons returnable of summons was received after the last date
of hearing which states that the summons were delivered upon the accused by way of whatsapp
and the same were delivered with double white tick.
Ld. Counsel for the complainant submits that there are connected matters between
the same parties listed on 03.05.2025.
At request, put up again on 03.05.2025.
