report, the premises was found locked. However upon further inquiry shop of the elder brother
of the accused was found who informed that his younger brother i.e. accused was running a
shop earlier at this address on rent and about 5-6 months ago he has left the place and went out
of city. No further information was given regarding the accused by his elder brother.
An attempt was made to reach the accused telephonically however the number
was switched off.
Ld. Counsel for the complainant submits that the accused is residing at the same
address only and is intentionally evading the process of this court.
Accordingly, Ld. Counsel for complainant is directed to file the appropriate
affidavit to verify the address of the accused.
