amount has been received qua the offence u/s 138 NI Act in the
mediation centre vide order dated 29.11.2026
Separate statement of complainant has been
recorded to aforesaid effect have been recorded.
In view of the aforesaid, the matter is disposed of as
settled in the mediation centre.
Accused is acquitted. Bail bonds of accused, if any
are hereby stands cancelled. Documents, if any be released to the
rightful owner against acknowledgment.

compliance.
