Exemption application has been filed alongwith medical documents on behalf of
the accused on court’s mail ID. Taken on record.
Ld. Counsel for the accused submits that the accused is suffering from vomitting
and viral fever therefore he is not able to join the court’s proceedings.
Ld. Counsel for the complainant vehemently opposes the said application.
A perusal of the record shows that even on the last date of hearing an exemption
was sought on behalf of the accused.
In view of the submissions being made on behalf of the accused, the appearance
of the accused is exempted for today only subject to cost of Rs. 1000/- to be paid to the
complainant on the next date of hearing.
Ld. Counsel for the accused submits that he has not recived the copy of
complaint. Let the same be supplied on whatsapp no. 9811726827 email ID
gangapantkks@gmail.com as well as physically at Ch. no. 259, Lawyers Chambers, Saket
Court, Delhi.
Accused is directed to remain physically present on the next date of hearing.
Put up again for first appearance of the accused and for further proceedings on
