Present: Sh. Ahmad Ibrahim, Ld. Counsel for the complainant.
On LDOH, the complainant was directed to furnish fresh address of the
accused and simultaneously, summons were directed to be issued against the accused.
Ld. Counsel for the complainant submits that the C.C. No.903/2024 has
been settled alongwith 11 other complaint cases between the same parties. Ld. Counsel
for the complainant further submits that the settlement agreement is silent on one of the
aspects for which he requests that the matter be referred to mediation again. Ld. Counsel
for the complainant further submits that the settlement agreement has been sent on the
email ID of this court.
Let the settlement agreement be taken on record.
The accused is directed to remain present on NDOH. No adverse order is
being passed against the accused.
Both the parties are directed to appear in mediation on 15.04.2025 at 02:00
P.M.
Both the parties are directed to sign mediation form during the course of the
day.
Put up on 07.05.2025 before Pre-Lok Adalat.
