PW Sh. Dheeraj in person.
Fresh vakalatnama filed on behalf of accused. Same is taken
on record.
NBW issued against the accused received back as unexecuted
with report no such person.
Ld. Counsel for accused has moved an application seeking
cancellation of NBWs. Be taken on record.
Accused submits that he has now changed his address to
House No. 545, Rani Bagh, Sant Nagar, Delhi.
Since, accused has appeared today, NBWs issued against him
are cancelled.
Ld. Counsel for accused submits that he has no objection of
PW present today is examined.
Sh. Dheeraj examined in chief, cross examined and discharged
as PW-1 today.
Ld. APP for State submits that Sh. Dheeraj has been made as a
witness twice and he be dropped from serial no. 3.
In view of the above submissions, witness mentioned at serial
no. 3 in the list of witness is dropped.
Let fresh summons be issued to witness mentioned at serial
no. 4, 5 and 6 through IO/SHO concerned for NDOH.
