Perusal of record shows that matter was listed for today in presence
of accused and no reason for non appearance is forth coming.
In view of the same, it appears that the accused Neeraj is
intentionally avoiding appearance in the court. Issue BW in sum of Rs. 5000/-
with one surety in the like amount against the accused Neeraj through SHO
concerned returnable on NDOH.
Let fresh summons be also issued to PW complainant Dheeeraj
through IO/SHO concerned for NDOH.
Let the MHCM be also summoned with the photographs of case
property, if any.
Put up for appearance of accused/PE on 05.03.2025.
