Undersigned is working as Duty JMFC today.
Present: Sh. Mayank Benni, Ld. counsel for complainant.
Part arguments heard on application U/s 156(3) Cr.P.C. It transpires
that IO SI Randeep has filed two contrary status reports dated 26.04.2025 and
18.09.2025.
In status report dated 26.04.2025, a prima facie offence U/s 420/34
IPC was found to be made out and IO stated that approval for registratin of case
was being sought from competant authority whereas in status report dated
18.09.2025, the same IO stated that the matter was found to be civil in nature.
This report was forwarded through SHO.
Let notice be issued to concerned DCP to obtain and file a
written explanation from IO SI Randeep and concerned SHO as to why the
FIR has not been registered despite status report dated 26.04.2025 and the
reasons for filing of two contrary status reports before this Court dated
26.04.2025 and 18.09.2025, returnable for NDOH. Let copy of both the status
reports be annexed with the notice.
Let court notice be issued to the IO SI Randeep through SHO
concerned to remain present in person on NDOH.
