Ld. Counsel for the complainant submits that In compliance of order dated
24.09.2024 the accused was to make the payment as per the term of the settlement agreement
and meanwhile the matter was to be continued on merits and as and when the Complainant
receives the settlement amount, he had undertook to withdraw the present complaint.
Ld. Counsel for the accused submits that today an amount of Rs. 3,45,000/- has
been paid to the Complainant today and the accused needs some time to make the payment as
per terms of the settlement agreement.
Ld. Counsel for the accused further seeks an adjournment on the ground that he
has been recently engaged. He undertakes to file his vakalatnama during the course of the day.
In view of above, matter stands adjourned.
