Ld. Counsel for the complainant is directed to supply the complete legible copy
of complaint to the Ld. Counsel for the accused before the next date of hearing.
At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the accused submits that the accused is inclined to
explore possibility of settlement in the presnt matter.

I find that there are elements of settlement and there seems to be a strong
possibility for amicable settlement between the parties. Parties are apprised of the process of
Mediation and its advantages. The parties submit that they are willing to settle the dispute
through the process of Mediation.
Considering the same, let the file be sent to the Mediation Cell.
Referral form filled.
Parties are directed to appear before Mediation Cell on 01.06.2024 at 02.00 pm.
Reader-cum-Ahlmad is directed to comply with all the formalities in this regard.
Matter be notified before this Court for recording settlement, if any, and for
further proceedings on 24.09.2024.
