Present: Sh. Pavnesh Mohan, Ld. Counsel for the complainant.
Matter is at the stage of appearance of accused
NBW issued vide previous order received back unexecuted from DCP
office and SHO concerned with report that due to heavy workload, the warrants could
not be executed. Further, the necessary action in this regard and the explanation notices
has been issued to 5B branch and concerned SHO for the aforesaid negligence. Report
taken on record.
Ld. Counsel for the complainant submits that the accused contacts the
complainant upon issuance of the warrants and despite the assurance to appear before
the court, he is deliberately avoiding to appear before the court and his arrest as per law.
Let fresh NBWs be issued against the accused upon filing PF by the
complainant within 15 working days and NBWs be executed by the concerned DCP.
DCP concerned is directed to coordinate with the complainant at the time
