Matter is listed for verification/ filing of fresh address of the accused.
Ld. Counsel for the complainant submits that the accused is residing at the same
address only and is intentionally evading the process of this court.
A perusal of the record shows that the Matter is pending at the same stage since
09.01.2024 and same submissions have been made by the Ld. Counsel for complainant earlier
as well.
Accordingly, Ld. Counsel for complainant is directed to verify the address of the
accused by way of one last and final opportunity.
In case of verification, Ld. Counsel for the complainant is directed to file the
appropriate affidavit of the verification alongwith photographs of the personal visit of the
Complainant at accused’s residence.
If the Complainant fails to file the same before the next date of hearing, a cost of
Rs. 3000/- shall be imposed upon the Complainant.
