Accused Mani Ram Ahirvar in person (without arrest).
Sh. Bhanu Sharma, Ld. counsel for accused.
Fresh vakalatnama filed on behalf of accused. Same is taken
on record.
Court bail is granted to accused on furnishing of bail bond and
surety bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- each.
Accused is unable to produce the surety today. Therefore, his
personal bond is accepted till the NDOH, subject to condition that he shall
produce sound surety on the NDOH.
Complete set of chargesheet and annexed documents has been
supplied to accused in compliance of Section 207 Cr.P.C.
Ld. counsel for accused submits that he has no objection if
charge is framed against the accused today itself.
Case file has been perused. Submissions heard.
Prima facie case for offence punishable u/s 411 of IPC has
been made out against the accused. Charge for the aforementioned offence
has accordingly, been framed against the accused today itself to which he
pleaded not guilty and claimed trial.
Be put up for PE on 28.09.2024.
Let PW/ complainant Chitra Kumar be summoned for the
NDOH.
