Kalpana is on Medical leave since 30.09.2026.

Let a report be called from V-B Incharge Keshav Puram
as to whether Nbws have been issued or not as the date of issuance is
given as 26.09.2026.
At this stage, Naib Court has been called alongwith
V-B register and inquired as to whether NBws have been issued
as per the report of Asst. Ahlmad Ms. Kalpana, he has shown the
original register and provided the copy to the undersigned as a
proof that no NBWs have been issued. It reflects that false report
has been given.
Issue Show cause to Asst. Ahlmad Ms. Kalpana for
explaining as to why no process has been issued and why
forged/false report has been given within 03 days from today.
You are also hereby directed to furnish an
explanation as to why you should not be proceeded u/s 36 Punjab
Courts Act within 03 days from today.
Asst. Ahlmad Sh. Gaurav is directed to send the
show causes electronically as well as telephonically and file the
compliance report.
Previous order be complied afresh for 27.02.2027.
