As per report, it was found that the accused has gone somewhere and upon inquiry on
the address no one by the name of the accused was found at the given address.
An attempt was made to reach the accused telephonically upon which he stated that he
has moved an application for cancellations of warrants.
None has appeared on behalf of the accused through VC or at court’s work station
despite repeated calls today.
The court is of the opinion that the accused is aware of the present matter and
deliberately evading the proceedings of the present matter.
Hence, NBWs be issued against the accused , on filing of PF within 7 days, through
DCP concerned.
Put up again on 20.03.2025.
