The court is of the opinion that the accused is deliberately evading from the proceedings despite being aware of the proceedings of the present matter. BWs in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one surety in the like amount be issued against the accused, on filing of PF within 7 days from today through SHO PS concerned for 25.08.2023.
