Cost of Rs. 500/- ( to be deposited in DLSA) imposed on the accused for
staying BWs has been paid. Slip furnished physically. Let the same be submitted at
workstation Rohini Courts.
Cost imposed on the complainant vide previous orders not paid till date. Let
the same be paid on or before NDOH.
It is submitted Ld. Counsel for accused that the accused is a resident of
Bihar and further due to internet connectivity issues, he is not able to join the VC meeting
of this court. Exemption allowed for today only.
It is further submitted by Ld. Counsel for accused that Vaklatnama has been
filed on court's email ID. Let the same be filed physically at the workstation Rohini
Courts on or before NDOH. It is further submitted by Ld. Counsel for accused that since
the accused is a resident of Bihar hence he is not in a position to furnish surety bonds
since there is no relative of his residing within the jurisdiction of this court. The said
prayer cannot be acceded to at this stage in the absence of the accused.
Put up for appearance of the accused and consideration on notice on
24.03.2025.
Accused is directed to remain physically present from court no. 104,
Extension Block, Tis Hazari Courts.
