Notice u/s. 274 BNSS is framed separately against the
accused to which he pleaded not guilty and claimed trial. Vide separate
statement, accused has admitted certain documents u/s. 330 BNSS In
view of the same, witnesses mentioned at Sr. No. CW-2 to CW-4 are
hereby dropped. Accused is directed to sign the notice and statement at
workstation.
Ld. Counsel for complainant has no objection if the oral
request of accused u/s. 145(2) N.I. Act is allowed without prejudice.
Considering the no objection, oral request of accused u/s. 145(2) N.I.
Act is allowed.
Both the parties have submitted that there are chances for
settlement. Considering the submissions of parties, let the matter be
referred to Mediation for 16.07.2024 at 2:00 PM. Both the parties are
directed to sign the mediation form in the Court before the mediation
date.
