alongwith accused.
Vide order dated 07.12.2024, summons were issued to the accused.
(Time is sought by Ld. Counsel for accused for filing vakalatnama. Let the same
be filed during the course of the day).
This is the first appearance of the accused before the court. Offence under Section
138 NI Act being bailable in nature, the accused is admitted to bail on furnishing of bail bonds
with surety bonds for a sum of Rs. 30,000/- with one surety of like amount.
Time is sought for furnishing of surety bonds. Let the same be filed before the
next date of hearing. Meanwhile, personal bonds of the accused be filed during the course of
the day on the court mail ID.
Let copy of the complaint alongwith documents be supplied to the Ld. Counsel
for the accused through email ID joshi_sanjay123@yahoo.com /WhatsApp no.
At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the accused submits that the accused is inclined to
explore possibility of settlement in the present matter.
Submissions heard. Record perused.
I find that there are elements of settlement and there seems to be a strong
possibility for amicable settlement between the parties. Parties are apprised of the process of
Mediation and its advantages. The parties submit that they are willing to settle the dispute
through the process of Mediation.
Considering the same, let the file be sent to the Mediation Cell.

Parties are directed to appear before Mediation Cell on 05.04.2025 at 02.00 pm.
Reader-cum-Ahlmad is directed to comply with all the formalities in this regard.
Put up before the National Lok Adalat to be held on 10.05.2025 for disposal.
In case parties do not arrive into any settlement, matter will be taken up on merits
on 24.07.2025.
