Present : Sh Piyush Mittal, Ld. Counsel for complainant alongwith AR of the complainant.
Vide order dated 18.04.2024 summons were issued to the accused.
As per report, no one by the name of the accused was found at the given address
and it was informed that the accused has left the premises.
As per report of summons, summons were also issued through Whatsapp and the
same were delivered with double white tick.
Ld. Counsel for the complainant submits that as per the tracking also the
summons were returned back unserved with the remarks “premises found locked”
Ld. counsel for the complainant is submits that the accused is residing at the same
address only and even reply of the legal notice was sent from this address only.
Ld. Counsel for the complainant is directed to file the appropriate affidavit of the
verification alongwith photographs of the personal visit of the Complainant at accused’s
residence.
