Ld. LADC submits that the accused has already been granted bail, however, he is
unable to furnish surety bonds as he is a poor person and it is prayed that accused be released on
personal bond.
Heard. Perused.
Accused has been granted bail and he is unable to furnish surety, hence, accused is
directed to be released on regular bail subject to his furnishing personal bond only in the sum of
Rs 10,000/-. Personal bonds furnished.
Accused be released from custody if not required in any other case.
Copy of the order be sent to Jail Superintendent, through Dak/e-mode.
Arguments on charge heard.
Prima facie offence u/s 25/54/59 Arms Act is made out against the accused.
Accordingly, charge u/s 25/54/59 Arms Act is framed against the accused to which he pleaded
not guilty and claimed trial.
At this stage, accused admits the genuineness of documents Ex A1-A6 without
admitting the contents of the same. Let name of the relevant witnesses be dropped from the list of
witnesses in terms of provision u/s 294 CrPC.
Let material witnesses at serial No. 1 and 5 with case property be summoned for the
NDOH.
Put up for PE on 25.08.2025.
