It is submitted that on LDOH i.e. 18.12.2025 court had directed for service to defendants on filing of PF within one week. However, same could not be filed within prescribe period because the sister in law of counsel was not well and he was busy for taking care of her and one medical document in the nature of lab record filed in support of above submission and now the applicant wants to deposit the PF as directed by court.
