Satish Kumar, AR for the complainant, alongwith Ms. Shiwani Sharma, Sr Manager Legal and Sh. Vaibhav Gupta,Manager Legal for TATA Power Delhi Distribution Ltd. Accused is yet to be summoned. On 21-6-2023, it was found that TPDDL Live Electricity Pole No.516-16/10/7/4A/1 along with associated LT Network was illegally shifted by the owner of the premises no.F-36, Khasra No.23/9, Block F, Deep Vihar, Pansaali, Delhi risking the life of the public. A complaint was given to the SHO, PS Begumpur with CD of video showing the persons involved in the illegal shifting and and photographs of the site. During investigation the IO had collected the agreement to sell showing that the accused Surender Kumar Gupta is the resident of the above mentioned premises and he had illegally shifted the pole. Heard. Record perused. On the basis of the charge sheet and annexing documents, I take cognizance of the offence against the accused Surender Kumar Gupta. Issue summons to the accused for the next date of hearing to be executed through IO concerned, returnable on 17.02.2026.
