Ld counsel for plaintiff prays for ad-interim relief to protect the
interest and rights of the plaintiff till the next date.
I have heard arguments.
In view of the submissions advanced, it is directed that till the
next date of hearing, the defendant no.2 shall not ask any employee of the
plaintiff to obtain any confidential or proprietory information from the office
of the plaintiff in order for it to be transferred to defendant no.2.
The passing of this direction shall not imply to be a finding of
this court that the defendant no.2 has previously resorted to the said act of
obtaining such information. All contentions of the parties are left open.
