the offense u/s 356 IPC besides fine and IDSI one week.
Request is being made to stay the judgment and to
suspend the order on sentence u/s.389 Cr.PC.
Considered. Considering that the appeal is going to
take some time, the order on sentence of imprisonment shall
stand suspended during the pendency of the appeal and the
appellant is admitted to bail during the pendency of the appeal
subject to furnishing of bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one
surety of like amount.
