Ld. Proxy Counsel for the complainant appearing
through VC is continuously speaking without any pause to so as
to understand Court’s query. Ld. Counsel, therefore, after
repeated requests, has been muted from the VC platform. She is
directed to appear physically before this Court on NDOH.
Ld. Counsel for both the accused persons submits the
Quashing Petition is ready however the same is yet to be signed
from complainant’s side.
Accused Pawan Mathur has failed to appear.
Accordingly, issue NBWs against accused Pawan Mathur with
notice to his surety for 30.07.2026.

At this stage, the accused Pawan Mathur has appeared. He
submits that he could not appear on time on account of the fact
that he was helping a stranger who had met an accident in the
morning today.

of NBWs as issued upon first call of the matter are recalled. The
accused has been apprised of the NDOH.
