served at his Rohini address on 04.01.2025, he was given opportunity
to file written statement within 30 days from the date of service. No
written statement filed by defendant is reflecting on CIS nor the Court
has received any application filed online for extension of time to file
written statement. Even Vakalatnama executed in favour of counsel
appeared for defendant is filed. Plaintiff was granted opportunity to
lead evidence if no written statement is filed.
Ld. Counsel for plaintiff seeks passover stating that he is
filing the affidavit of plaintiff for his evidence.
