An application u/o 1 rule 10 r/w Section 151 CPC filed on behalf
of the defendant no. 2 and 3 on 09.04.2025. Copy supplied.
The defendant no. 4 and 5 are unserved. However, fresh
vakalatnama filed on behalf of defendant no. 4 and 5. WS not filed.
Ld. Counsel submits that he shall file the WS. Copies of the
plaint and documents already supplied. WS be filed within 30 days of the
receipt of the documents. Advance copy of the same be supplied to the
opposite party atleast 15 days prior to the next date of hearing.
Now, to come up for reply/ arguments on application u/o 1 rule
10 r/w Section 151 CPC and application u/o 7 rule 11 CPC on 13.10.2025.
