An application seeking substitution of A.R of the plaintiff bank has
been filed stating that the earlier A.R has been replaced with new A.R namely
Sh. Amit Singh. The application is duly accompanied by the Affidavit of new
A.R as well as copy of authority.
Heard.
For the reasons stated in the application, same stands allowed and
the newly appointed A.R is permitted to act in place of the previous AR.
The application accordingly stands disposed off.
The affidavit by way of evidence of new AR of plaintiff is taken on
