This is a common claim petition as filed by Shambhu and
Dolly who are husband and wife as to the injuries sustained by
them in an accident which too place on 11.10.2024. Two separate
DARs were filed by the IO on 10.01.2025 and statement of both
the injured as ot the acceptance of untrace report has already
been recorded on 24.09.2025 whereby they have accepted the
untrace DAR and the claim petitions were referred to DLSA NW
for compensation to both the claimants.
Accordingly, the present claim petition as filed by the said
injured persons stands disposed of and be tagged with the DAR
registered as Misc. DJ No. 43/25 titled as Shambhu vs Nil.
