An application for change of AR has been filed on
behalf of plaintiff bank.
Heard. Perused.
It has been stated in the application that the earlier
AR of the Bank Sh. Janender Pratap, has been transferred to
another branch of the plaintiff bank and the plaintiff bank seeks
permission to substitute the AR namely Sh. Vipin Kumar in place
of earlier AR Sh. Janender Pratap. Keeping in view the reasons
explained in the application and copy of power of attorney,
application is allowed. Sh. Vipin Kumar is substituted as AR of
the plaintiff bank.
An application on behalf of plaintiff for filing fresh
address of the defendant is moved.
Heard. In view of the submissions, the application is
allowed. Fresh address of the defendant is taken on record.
Amended memo of parties is taken on record.
Heard. Record perused.
Let fresh Summons for settlement of issues of the
Suit be issued upon the defendant(s), on filing of PF, Speed Post,

approved courier & requisite Copies. Summons to be issued
under
Order V Rule 5 CPC 1908 upon the defendant(s) shall
display mandatory endorsement “
defendant should file Written
Statement of defense within 30 days from the date of

Affidavit of admission/denial of documents of the plaintiff”, as
per Commercial Courts Act, 201
