Considering the facts and averments where
defendant no. 6 has expired on 31.01.2025 and right to sue
survives, the application stands allowed. The person named in
the application are allowed to be substituted as legal
representative of deceased defendant no. 6. The amended memo
of parties be filed.
It is stated that replication to the written statement of
defendants is not required.
