defendant no. 1 to 3. Copy be supplied.
The counsel appearing for defendant no. 1 to 3
stated that colored copy of the photograph annexed with the
plaint has not been supplied as well as the contents of CD
annexure A4. The counsel for the plaintiff stated that he will
supply said documents within two days.
Status report is filed on behalf of defendant no. 5.
Time is granted to the defendant no. 5 to file the written
statement as per law.
Put up on 20.02.2024 for replication to the written
statement of defendant no. 1 to 3 and arguments on injunction
application.
