Notice to accused Vinod Kumar received with report that
accused Vinod Kumar had left his house 10 to 15 years prior and has not
returned as yet.
It is submitted on behalf of the complainant company that
the meter in question installed at the premises was in the name of Vinod
Kumar.
Complainant company is directed to file fresh address of
accused Vinod Kumar pursuant to which let notice to accused be issued
afresh through complainant company.
Ld. Counsel for accused Ved Singh submits that they shall
file missing report qua accused Vinod Kumar on the NDOH.
Submissions heard.
The present case is U/S 135 of the Electricity Act. The case
is based upon the documentary evidence. Trial of this case will take its
own time. Considering all these facts, the accused Ved Singh is admitted
on bail on furnishing the personal bond and the surety bond of

Personal bond has been furnished and the same is hereby
accepted till the next date of hearing.
Be put up for confirmation of bail on behalf of accused Ved
Singh on 27.01.2026.
