five hundred twenty seven only) received by way of assignment.

Heard. Record perused.
Ld. counsel for plaintiff submits that the matter could not be
settled in the pre-institution Mediation proceedings. The certificate of Non-
Starter Report dated 18.08.2026 is on record. The Statement of Truth is also
on record.
Issue summons for settlement of issues in the matter against both
the defendants on filing of PF/RC, etc., through all permissible modes,
returnable for 19.01.2027. Steps be taken within 15 days from today.
E-summons be also issued in the matter against both the
defendants on filing of e-mail address of the defendants with PDF of the
entire case file.
