In the order dated 27.01.2025, it is noted ‘defendant no.3 shall be proceeded exparte henceforth’, meaning thereby that the defendant no.3 has not been proceeded exparte. It is submitted by counsel for defendant no.3 that she be allowed to place on record the WS on behalf of defendant no.3 at this stage. It is submitted by counsel for plaintiff that he has no objection, if, defendant no.3 is allowed to file the WS at this stage subject to some cost. In the interest of justice, the WS of defendant no.3 is taken on record subject to cost of Rs.1000/- to be paid to the counsel for plaintiff. Cost paid.
