Present: Ld. counsel for the applicant.
Ld. counsel submits that in terms of circular dated
09.06.2016 issued by Govt. of Delhi, if a stamp is purchased
within a period of three months, there will no requirement to go
to the SDM for separate compliance of Section 18 of the Stamp
Act.
In such circumstances, the power of attorney
alongwith the e-stamp is accepted. The same be placed in the
main suit file no. 709/24. The instant misc. application filed
under Section 151 CPC is disposed of.
Ld counsel submits that there is another application for
early hearing of the main suit. This application is disposed of by
directing that the main suit be placed before consideration on
04.11.2024. This Misc. application be attached with the main
suit file.
